We tested that normally the temperature is about 28℃-30℃. If you play games or watch video at the same time (sustainably), the temperature may be higher, which may trigger a high temperature warning.

What may trigger a high temperature warning when using wireless charging?

Why don’t we send customer a full-charged power bank?

According to relevant transportation safety regulations, the SoC 100% of lithium batteries is forbidden, normally SoC 30%.
