Wavy Stainless Steel Blade

Maintenance Method

Please use vegetable oil to polish the feeding plate before and after use. It can reduce the noise generated during use and make the operation smoother.

Cautions:

Frozen meat should be thawed at room temperature for 25-30 minutes for better slicing.Soft food or moist food should be sliced after freezing.Please make sure that the machine should take a 15 minutes’ rest after 4 minutes’ continuous work.Do not immerse the whole machine in water.Do not use harsh and abrasive detergents.Some parts are not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher. If exposed to heat or corrosive cleaning agents, it may cause deformation and discoloration.Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.Make sure the components are thoroughly dried before reassembling the device.Please apply a small quantity of vegetable oil to the blade and plate after they dried.
