We designed Dr. Scholl’s Stylish Step Gel Heel Liners specifically for women with uncomfortable rubbing at their heels. These heel liners help prevent shoe rubbing and slipping to make any shoe all-day wearable.

HOW TO USE
Step 1: Wipe inside of shoe clean; remove plastic backing from the heel liners.
Step 2: With heel liner curving down, press firmly into shoe where heel rubbing occurs.
Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.
HOW IT WORKS
Wearing shoes that are tight or that do not fit properly can create friction and rubbing on sensitive areas of your heel, which can be painful or cause blisters.
Dr. Scholl’s Stylish Step Gel Heel Liners easily adhere to your shoe to create a cushioning, protective barrier between your shoe and the skin of your heel. This helps reduce friction and makes shoes more comfortable.
BLISTERS
You can get blisters anywhere on the skin of your feet where there is shoe rubbing or irritation, but they’re most commonly found on the back of the heel and sides of the foot. Often, blisters are accompanied by discomfort or pain as they rub against shoes. Improperly fitting shoes, and the rubbing or friction you get with them, are the main causes of blisters. In addition, you can also get blisters from vigorous activity – even when your shoes fit properly. Friction is the main factor, so any repetitive movement involving your feet can lead to blisters.
