Girl forefoot inserts are designed to stick in your shoe in order to minimize sliding. The self-adhesive dot sticks the pad to the front of your shoe’s insole, so it stays in place as you take them on and off. It also helps to resist dislodging due to sweat. The textured surface and natural leather should help keep your foot from sliding around.

These insoles are designed to fit just about any sized women’s shoe.
