About the 3M Sticky Pad
Others: without 3m sticky pad. You may need extra help with extra hands just because you have to hold the scar plate in place while tightening the knob screws, especially if you are installing both scar plates on the same knob.
Ours: come with 3m sticky pad. Just stick the scar plate onto the door hole and you don’t have to hold it by hand.
